Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle – InRule Administration to own payer-specific rules within InRule across our DME businesses. You will translate complex payer policies into scalable system rules and ensure end-to-end order-to-cash workflows align with payer requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare technology, strong rule-engine experience, and collaboration with payer teams and IT to optimize rule performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare payer policies and rules engines.
• Ability to author, debug, and optimize complex rules.
• Experience integrating with healthcare platforms (InRule/Brightree).

Responsibilities

• Own InRule environment, including rule authoring and deployment.
• Translate payer policies into technical business rules.
• Develop and tune rules and decision tables for scalability.
• Maintain change management and version control for rules.
• Collaborate with IT and payer relations to implement updates.
