Job summary

UF Health seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Education & Training to support the Director in designing, delivering, and improving a high-performance learning environment for the revenue cycle workforce. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Education, a related field, or relative experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare training or workforce development, with at least 2 years of supervisory responsibility.
• Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle modules is preferred.
• Demonstrated instructional design capability (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, or similar models).
• Familiarity with Epic EHR and performance evaluation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and facilitation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of training specialists.
• Collaborate with IT, Revenue Cycle, Epic, and Quality departments to translate organizational needs into actionable training solutions.
• Design, deliver, and improve a high-performance learning environment for UF Health's revenue cycle workforce.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous performance improvement through training and certifications.
