Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Education, a related field, or relative experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare training or workforce development, with at least 2 years of supervisory responsibility.
  • Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle modules is preferred.
  • Demonstrated instructional design capability (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, or similar models).
  • Familiarity with Epic EHR and performance evaluation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and facilitation abilities.

Education
