• 8+ years revenue-cycle experience in complex health care environment.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with multiple payors including Medicaid.
• Grant management, billing, and accounting knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all revenue-cycle functions from intake to adjudication.
• Lead a team of A/R reps, billers, and analysts; conduct evaluations.
• Develop and monitor financial metrics; drive process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory and payer requirements compliance.
• Prepare reports for upper management.
