Centerstone seeks a Manager, Client Financial Services to lead revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, AR, and denial management. You will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a team of billing and customer service professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading healthcare revenue cycle functions including billing, collections, accounts receivable, cash posting, denial management.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare or behavioral health environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and staff development skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily leadership and oversight of Client Financial Services operations (billing, collections, AR, cash posting, denial management, client service).
• Monitor workflows, ensure quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Ensure timely claim submissions and reimbursements; oversee insurance follow-up and denial resolution.
• Analyze financial data and system reports to drive improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Supervise and develop staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage onboarding and cross-training.
