Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead our billing and collections efforts across the United States, ensuring accurate episode realignments, payor changes, and timely invoicing. The role requires strong regulatory understanding, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with care teams, payor relations, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years in revenue cycle or similar
• Experience with Commercial, Third-Party Insurance Accounts and payor rules
• Healthcare billing knowledge and SAP/ERP familiarity helpful

Responsibilities

• Performs episode realignments and payor changes with cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely billing.
• Resolves accounts and gaps between current and former payor requirements.
• Gathers and reports documentation for complaints, grievances, and appeals from members and providers.
• Supports provider claims and pre-authorization appeals with documentation and advocacy.
• Assists patients with denied medical treatment or services during appeals and communicates outcomes.
• Manages patient billing complaints and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitors KPIs daily/weekly/monthly and escalates system issues as needed.
• Compiles reports on metrics and trends and supports SOP/documentation development.
