Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Analytics to lead analytics strategy across ambulatory surgery centers, surgical hospitals, and corporate revenue cycle teams.

The role drives KPI governance, standard definitions, and actionable reporting to identify performance opportunities and support measurable improvements. The Director will oversee a small team of analysts, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and partner with contractors and technology vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, analytics, information systems, data science, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle analytics function across ASC, hospital, market, division, and corporate leadership.
• Develop analytics roadmap; ensure KPI measurement and reporting accuracy.
• Translate business questions into reports, dashboards, data models, and analytics requirements.
• Provide executive-ready dashboards and recurring performance reporting highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Coach analysts and coordinate contractors/vendors to deliver scalable analytics.
