Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 years in AR management and/or managed care contracting and analysis.
• Experience directing a multi-facility business office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze eReserve and items/trends affecting net revenue and complete the revenue section of the monthly Performance Summary.
• Review proposed Managed Care Contracts and flag issues before finalizing terms.
• Monitor and review billing, AR and reconciliation for hospital contracts.
• Coordinate/Support meetings and revenue cycle initiatives with leadership and compliance teams.
• Serve as an internal consultant for hospital revenue departments on charge capture and billing practices.
• Prepare or supervise Charge Master updates for hospitals and establish review procedures.
• Keep CFO/Compliance Director apprised of issues requiring administrative attention.
