Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a senior leader to direct its Revenue Cycle reporting and analytics program, partnering with senior leadership to drive performance and financial outcomes.

The role focuses on advanced analytics, root-cause analysis, and operational improvements across physician and hospital revenue cycle processes, including Epic-enabled workflows and reporting. Strong communication with executive teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Management or related field.
• Seven (7) years of revenue cycle experience with performance/operations improvement, data analysis and reporting.
• Master’s degree and Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Revenue Cycle reporting and analytics program.
• Ensures analytics supports continual improvement of revenue cycle operations for physicians and hospitals.
• Develops standardized root-cause-analysis processes and tools to identify adverse outcomes and prevent recurrences.
• Maintains relationships with Piedmont Healthcare leadership to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
