Job summary

The Wright Center for Community Health is seeking a Director of Revenue Analytics, Reporting, & Strategy to lead analytics for the patient revenue cycle and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. The role requires collaboration with the VP of Revenue Cycle to optimize reporting, master data management, and billing schedules.

Responsibilities include creating monthly productivity reports, maintaining CPT codes and fee schedules, and coordinating with the EHR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle or finance.
• Experience in patient billing highly desirable.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (V-lookups, Pivot Tables) and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP of Revenue Cycle to create monthly Revenue Cycle dashboards.
• Analyze monthly productivity reports with visits, receipts, and charges per provider.
• Maintain master files and billing fee schedules; ensure alignment with pricing guidelines.
• Support preparation of regulatory reports (Medicare Cost Report, UDS measures, Medicaid Wrap-Around).
• Coordinate provider setups and ensure proper claim release from Medent system.
• Manage outstanding accounts receivable and assist with payer communications to resolve balances.
