Qualifications

• 5-8 years of RCM management experience in a large multi-specialty setting.
• Demonstrates strong leadership to develop and execute organizational strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare and regulatory standards.
• Ability to analyze data and build systems to control financial activity in a surgical center.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management and operational implementation experience is required.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead CBO-wide revenue cycle initiatives from ideation to completion with timelines and resources.
• Improve billing timeliness, high-volume collections, AR reductions, and cash application.
• Develop and maintain policies and SOPs aligning teams with goals and compliance.
• Develop internal reimbursement policies for payers to maximize revenue capture.
• Train and manage A/R staff and ensure SOPs protect data integrity.
• Conduct revenue cycle analysis and executive-level reporting of KPIs.
• Address performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor managed care, third-party reimbursements, and AR management amid regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and physician leadership on RC issues.
• Serve as interim revenue cycle leader for CBO when needed and mentor Directors/Managers.
