The role establishes analytics strategy, standardizes KPI definitions, leads a small team of analysts, and partners with executives to identify opportunities and drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management.
• Experience supporting executives with KPI reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with hospital and ambulatory surgery center revenue cycles preferred.
• Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle analytics for ASC, hospital, market, division, and corporate leadership.
• Standardize definitions, data sources, and KPI logic.
• Assess drivers of KPI performance and root causes.
• Develop analytics roadmap prioritizing high-value reporting and insights.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors; enable self-service analytics with governance.
