Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Revenue Management Specialist SE to act as a technical partner across the full sales cycle, architecting solutions on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Agentforce. You will own the build of end-to-end quote-to-cash workflows and create compelling demos for healthcare, financial services, and cross‑industry accounts.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS.
3+ years in Solutions Engineer or similar pre‑sales role.
Hands‑on Salesforce configuration and customization.
Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud; CPQ, Billing, CLM, or Order Management.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Builder mindset with AI tools and API integrations.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration patterns.
Ability to own a vertical end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to translate client requirements into Agentforce Revenue Management solutions built on Revenue Cloud.
Conduct discovery sessions to surface pain points and opportunities in Regulated Industries.
Design and deliver tailored solutions and product demonstrations across the full quote-to-cash process with guided quoting and Agentforce.
Develop industry-first use cases and cross-product solutions for the Agentforce Revenue Management platform.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate demo environments, prototype solutions, and develop assets.
Contribute to team enablement by building reusable demo frameworks and sales collateral.
Stay current on the latest Revenue Management features and industry trends.
Participate in industry events, product launches, and webinars.
