Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Revenue Management Specialist SE to partner with Account Executives and architect solutions on Salesforce Revenue Cloud for Healthcare, Financial Services, and cross‑industry accounts. You’ll own the quote‑to‑cash lifecycle and build repeatable assets for the team.

You will develop use cases, demos, and technical assets using AI-assisted tools, while staying ahead of industry trends and enabling teammates across cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS.
• 3+ years as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar pre‑sales role.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud: CPQ, billing, CLM, or order management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Builder mindset with AI tooling and API integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration patterns.
• Ability to own your vertical end‑to‑end and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives as a trusted technical advisor to understand client business requirements and translate them into Agentforce Revenue Management solutions built on Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to surface pain points and revenue ops opportunities in Regulated Industries.
• Design and deliver tailored solutions and product demonstrations across the full quote‑to‑cash process—catalogs, pricing, CPQ, CLM, orders, and billing.
• Develop industry‑first use cases and cross‑product solutions that expand value from the Agentforce Revenue Management platform.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate demo environments, prototype solutions, and develop technical assets.
• Contribute to team enablement by building reusable demo frameworks, sales collateral, and best practices.
• Stay current on Agentforce Revenue Management features, Salesforce capabilities, and industry trends.
• Participate in industry events, product launches, and webinars.
