• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud: CPQ, billing, CLM, or order management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• A builder's mindset with AI‑assisted tooling and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives as a trusted technical advisor to translate client needs into Agentforce Revenue Management solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions focusing on Regulated Industries’ nuances and revenue ops opportunities.
• Design and deliver tailored demos across catalogs, pricing, CPQ, CLM, orders, and billing.
• Develop industry‑first use cases and cross‑product solutions to expand customer value.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate demos, prototypes, and technical assets.
• Contribute to enablement with reusable demo frameworks and best practices.
