Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Revenue Management Specialist SE to partner with Account Executives and architect Revenue Cloud solutions across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. You’ll design catalogs, pricing, CPQ, CLM, orders, and billing while advancing AI-enabled demos and reusable assets.

You’ll work cross-functionally to develop use cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, and accelerate deal velocity, leveraging AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Copilot to shorten cycles.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS.
• 3+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering or similar pre-sales role.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud: CPQ, Billing, CLM, or Order Management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to engage technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) and API integrations.
• Ability to own your vertical end-to-end while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand client requirements and translate them into Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Conduct discovery sessions focusing on Regulated Industries and revenue operations opportunities.
• Design and deliver tailored solutions across the quote-to-cash process with value-focused demonstrations.
• Develop industry-specific use cases and cross-product solutions to expand customer value.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate demos, prototyping, and asset development.
• Create reusable demo frameworks and enablement materials for the team.
• Stay current on Revenue Cloud features and industry trends.
