Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Revenue Management Specialist SE to be a technical partner across the full sales cycle, architecting Revenue Cloud solutions and driving adoption. You will work with AEs to understand client needs in regulated industries and translate them into impactful, repeatable use cases across CPQ, CLM, billing and orders.

You will leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate demos, develop assets, and enable teammates, while owning your vertical end‑to‑end and contributing

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar pre‑sales role.
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
Working knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud including CPQ, billing, CLM, or order management.
Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
Builder mindset with AI tooling experience (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) and API integrations.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration patterns.
Ability to own the vertical end‑to‑end while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services and cross‑industry accounts in Canada.
Translate requirements into Agentforce Revenue Management solutions built on Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
Design and deliver demos across catalogs, pricing, CPQ, CLM, orders and billing.
Develop industry‑first use cases and cross‑product solutions to expand value.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate demo environments and prototype solutions.
Build reusable demo frameworks, sales collateral and best practices for enablement.
