Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Agentforce Revenue Management Specialist SE to architect solutions across Revenue Cloud, CPQ, billing, CLM, and order management. You will partner with Account Executives to understand business needs and build industry‑first use cases for regulated industries and cross‑industry accounts in Canada.

You will leverage AI‑assisted tools to accelerate demos, develop reusable assets, and enable teammates while staying current on platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in CS/SE/MIS, or equivalent.
• 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar pre‑sales technical role.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cloud; CPQ, Billing, CLM, or Order Management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Builder’s mindset with AI tooling and API integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration patterns.
• Ability to own the vertical end‑to‑end with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to understand client requirements and architect Revenue Cloud solutions.
• Conduct in‑depth discovery for regulatory industries and Canada cross‑industry accounts.
• Design and demo end‑to‑end quote‑to‑cash processes (catalogs, pricing, CPQ, CLM, orders, billing).
• Develop industry‑first use cases and cross‑product solutions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate demo environments, prototyping, and assets.
• Build reusable demo frameworks and enablement materials for the team.
• Stay current on Agentforce Revenue Management features and Salesforce capabilities.
• Participate in industry events, product launches, and webinars.
