Interior Logic Group is seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to ensure accurate revenue recognition and margin protection. You will create job jackets, audit sales orders, and work across sales and operations to resolve PO and revenue issues.

The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous process improvements within revenue assurance.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor lot start notifications and create new sales orders in ERP.
• Create job jacket files using established checklists and gather required documents.
• Review all job jacket documents prior to install release and perform comprehensive sales order audits.
• Calculate and enter correct revenue on sales orders; verify PO aligns with written sales agreements and buyer selections.
• Ensure sales order margin is within tolerance; investigate variances and resolve discrepancies with operations.
• Verify revenue and margin post-installation to reflect additional costs incurred during installation.
