Job summary

Interior Specialists is seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to create job jacket files and verify the accuracy of lot-related documents including customer selections, purchase orders, and written sales agreements.

You will review orders, ensure margins are within tolerance, and work with sales and operations to resolve issues prior to installation and billing. Strong Excel and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality review, reconciliation, audit or similar transaction-based review roles preferred.
• Homebuilding or construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders and perform revenue assurance audits.
• Create job jacket files using established checklists.
• Verify revenue and margins align with written sales agreements and buyer selections.
• Coordinate with customers and internal sales/operations teams to resolve issues prior to installation release and billing.
• Provide regular updates to management on progress resolving sales order issues.
• Release sales orders to Finance for revenue recognition and invoicing once requirements are met.
