Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to ensure accurate revenue recognition and margin protection. The role focuses on creating job jackets, reviewing lot-related documents, and auditing sales orders to align with customer selections and written agreements.

You will work with customers and internal sales and operations teams to resolve issues prior to installation release and billing, supporting accurate revenue processes and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Homebuilding or construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience in quality review, reconciliation, audit, or similar transaction-based review roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders in ERP to verify accuracy and margins.
• Create job jacket files using established checklists and gather all required lot documentation.
• Audit sales orders prior to install release and confirm revenue alignment with buyer selections.
• Verify revenue and margins after installation; address discrepancies and variances.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve purchase order issues delaying revenue recognition or billing.
• Maintain and track documents in ERP and document storage systems; provide progress updates.
