Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Assurance Coordinator to ensure accurate revenue recognition and margins across sales orders. You will work with customers and internal teams to resolve issues prior to installation and billing, using established procedures to review lot documentation and orders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, attention to detail, and ERP-based reviews in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.

Qualifications

• Homebuilding or construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience in quality review, reconciliation, audit, or similar transaction-based review roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review sales orders and monitor revenue assurance for accuracy.
• Create job jacket files and gather required lot documentation.
• Verify purchase orders align with written sales agreements and selections.
• Calculate and enter correct revenue on sales orders and margins.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues before install release
