Job summary

7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Data Analyst to own Sales Analytics and turn raw data into insights that influence strategy, headcount, territories, compensation, and day-to-day sales execution.

You will analyze revenue performance, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, retention, and account behavior while partnering with senior operators. The role uses Snowflake, dbt, Metabase, Tableau, and Hex to build data models, reporting, and predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of analytics experience, preferably in Sales or Revenue Operations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse.
• Ability to translate business questions into structured analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own core revenue and sales analytics, dashboards, and weekly reporting.
• Analyze revenue performance, forecast accuracy, and quota attainment.
• Build reliable data models and predictive analytics across Snowflake, dbt, Metabase, Tableau, and Hex.
• Partner with senior leaders to influence strategy, territories, and go-to-market decisions.
• Translate findings into clear insights for leadership reviews.
