Job summary

United Site Services seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. You will develop scalable analytics, data models, reporting solutions, and automated processes to improve sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.

Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Marketing, BI, and IT, you will translate complex business needs into reliable analytical solutions using SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, Salesforce, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, BI or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries and large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake and modern data modeling.
• Experience developing dbt models or equivalent tooling.
• Strong Power BI skills including DAX and executive reporting.
• Experience automating workflows with Power Automate.
• Experience with Salesforce data and CRM concepts.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data models for Sales Performance, Forecasting, Pipeline Management, and Account health.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL transformations and dbt models for reporting.
• Design, develop, and enhance Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Own analytical solutions from requirements through deployment and support.
• Develop Sales Effectiveness KPIs and revenue-related metrics.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and pipeline analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations leaders to translate questions into analyses.
• Design and maintain automated reporting using Power Automate and Salesforce.
• Ensure data quality through validation and governance.
• Partner with BI, Data Engineering, and IT on architecture and standards.
