Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks a Revenue Specialist to support revenue management through reporting, analytics, and BI. You will partner with Operations, Recovery, Finance, and Leadership to provide data-driven insights that strengthen revenue growth and cash flow.

The role focuses on reporting accuracy, trend analysis, renewal tracking, and automation initiatives to optimize revenue realization across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, information systems, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in revenue management, analytics, finance, or related functions.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, or BI solutions.
• Experience with accounts receivable, collections, or revenue performance analysis preferred.
• Experience in multifamily housing, property management, or real estate operations preferred.
• Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, validates, and distributes recurring revenue reports, dashboards, and scorecards with data integrity across systems.
• Analyzes operational, financial, renewal, occupancy, delinquency, and collections data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Supports renewal strategies through renewal tracking, pricing performance analysis, and market research.
• Produces revenue and accounts receivable reporting for leadership.
• Monitors collection and recovery performance to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency.
• Tracks revenue capture metrics and assists with revenue optimization initiatives.
• Develops and maintains dashboards, scorecards, and BI tools; supports automation and reporting consistency.
• Collaborates with Operations, Finance, Recovery, and Leadership to achieve revenue management objectives.
