Job summary

Hunt Military Communities in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Revenue Specialist to support revenue management initiatives through reporting, analytics, dashboards, and process improvements. You will partner with Operations, Finance, and Leadership to provide data-driven insights that drive revenue growth, optimize collections, and protect cash flow across the portfolio.

You will prepare and maintain revenue reports, monitor renewal and occupancy metrics, develop BI solutions, and support automation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
1-3 years experience in revenue management or analytics required.
Experience with reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares and distributes revenue reports, dashboards, and scorecards with data accuracy.
Analyzes renewal, occupancy, delinquency, and collections data to identify trends.
Supports renewal strategies, pricing performance, and market research.
Produces accounts receivable, recovery, and revenue performance reporting.
Develops and enhances dashboards and BI tools for leadership.
Supports automation initiatives and process improvements in revenue management.
Assists with executive presentations and strategic planning materials.
