Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. seeks a Revenue Specialist to support revenue optimization through reporting, analytics, and BI. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Recovery, and Leadership to monitor revenue, renewals, and cash flow across the portfolio.

You will prepare recurring reports and dashboards, analyze trends, and support automation and testing efforts. This role requires 1–3 years in related analytics and a strong Excel skillset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, data analytics or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in revenue management, analytics, or related functions with reporting experience.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, or BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes revenue reports, dashboards, scorecards, and packages with data integrity.
• Analyzes operational, financial, renewal, occupancy, delinquency, and collection data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Supports renewal strategies, pricing performance, and market research analyses.
• Produces AR and collections reporting for leadership.
• Monitors collection, recovery, and cash flow performance and supports improvement initiatives.
• Tracks lease activity and renewals to identify revenue leakage risks.
• Performs audits, QA reviews, and proposes corrective actions.
• Develops dashboards and BI tools; supports automation and testing.
• Assists with executive presentations and strategic planning materials.
• Partners with Operations, Finance, Recovery, and Leadership to meet revenue goals.
