Job summary

Skimmer is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to clean, model, and deliver trusted data that leaders rely on weekly. You will own recurring reporting, improve data quality, and work closely with product, sales, and finance teams to drive actionable insights.

You’ll leverage SQL, Snowflake, and CRM data to build dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Power BI, while applying AI prototyping to accelerate analysis and automation.

Qualifications

• Prior work in revenue operations, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• Proven expertise in SQL and cloud data warehouses including Snowflake.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and data-quality workflows.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with clean and messy data.
• Experience with AI tools for prototyping and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Help run weekly RevOps KPI dashboards covering GTM funnel, payments, product adoption, churn, and customer success.
• Support Finance and Accounting reporting including revenue-share and reconciliation.
• Clean, complete, and automate CRM data.
• Standardize fields and close data-quality gaps across pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Analyst to bring product usage data into CRM for leadership visibility.
• Automate manual processes so CRM data updates automatically.
• Prototype new reporting with AI tools and push to production BI tool.
• Build reporting for go-to-market, finance, and operations as new areas come online.
• Support acquisitions data matching, migration, and performance analysis.
