Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first company, is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to join the Revenue Analytics team. Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics engineering or related technical analytics experience.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, metrics design, and data quality.
• Experience with BI tools (Sigma/Looker/Tableau) and Snowflake.
• Understanding AI foundations for analytics and data governance.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact data product initiatives for Revenue, from ambiguous problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, and adoption.
• Advance AI initiatives within the Revenue data ecosystem by identifying high-value use cases and integrating AI into analytics workflows.
• Design and build durable, well-tested data products that power revenue operations and self-service reporting.
• Set technical direction for Revenue's data layer including dbt models, metrics, semantic structures, documentation, lineage, governance, and access controls.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale Revenue Analytics through improved data architecture and tooling.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional partners.
