Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to lead the development of scalable data products for the revenue organization. You will own data modeling, metrics, dashboards, and governance, while setting the technical direction for the Revenue data layer and AI-enabled analytics workflows.

You will mentor analysts and cross-functional partners, delivering durable, scalable data solutions across reporting, governance, and automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, data engineering, or related technical analytics role.
• Deep expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, metrics design, data quality, documentation, and modern analytics engineering practices.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake) and modern data platforms (Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact data product initiatives for Revenue, from problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, and adoption.
• Advance AI initiatives within the Revenue data ecosystem and establish semantic, metadata, context, quality, and evaluation foundations for AI.
