Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to join the Revenue Analytics team. You will design scalable data products, define metrics, and enable AI‑driven insights across revenue functions.

Lead the development of the data layer, establish semantic foundations, and mentor analysts while delivering durable solutions for dashboards, reporting, and governance in a remote‑first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics engineering or related technical analytics roles.
• Deep SQL/dbt, data modeling, metrics design, and data quality focus.
• Experience with BI tools and modern analytics practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead data product initiatives for Revenue from problem definition to rollout.
• Advance AI initiatives by integrating AI into analytics workflows.
• Design durable data products powering revenue ops, reporting, and analytics.
• Set direction for Revenue data layer, semantics, metadata, and lineage.
• Identify automation and scale opportunities in data architecture and governance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to analysts and partners.
