Job summary

Spring Health is seeking an AI Transformation Director, Revenue, to lead a full-time, remote-capable role partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Ops. You will define and drive the AI transformation roadmap across revenue functions, assemble cross-functional teams, and ensure adoption and governance for AI-enabled workflows that improve go-to-market performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years driving technology-enabled business transformation, including department-wide or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• 5+ years leading complex implementations end to end; 2+ years implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with Revenue/go-to-market teams, lead management, sales execution, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue AI transformation roadmap. Define and refine a prioritized portfolio aligned with Revenue leadership’s strategy and goals.
• Understand revenue workflows by working with leaders, owners, SMEs, and end users across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Ops to identify AI opportunities and estimate impact.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams; map stakeholders, define decision rights, and drive execution across contributors.
• Lead initiatives through problem definition, build, pilot, rollout, adoption, and measurement to ensure sustained use.
• Prototype and configure AI-enabled workflows; evaluate tools and vendors; translate capabilities into practical use cases.
• Align solutions with revenue systems and processes; resolve integration needs with systems owners.
• Design for ongoing operation; define technology, operating model, resources, and ownership.
• Establish validation and governance standards; ensure human oversight before AI reaches customers.
• Measure realized business value; track baseline and outcomes; stop or redesign underperforming initiatives.
• Make workflows repeatable and reusable; share approaches across departments and scale AI priorities.
