Job summary

Higgsfield AI in San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Head of Revenue Accounting to own revenue recognition and the order-to-cash lifecycle end to end. This highly hands-on role supports a high-volume, consumption- and credit-based business with important internal controls.

You will own the accounting judgments, systems, processes, and controls across self-serve, enterprise, platform, and partnerships, and you’ll build scalable processes as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in accounting with heavy revenue accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and related judgments.
• Experience owning revenue and order-to-cash processes in high-volume environments.
• Experience with payment platforms and reconciliations (Stripe preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own monthly revenue close for consumption and credit-based revenue.
• Maintain revenue recognition policies under ASC 606 and related judgments.
• Review and determine accounting treatment for complex contracts.
• Own order-to-cash lifecycle: billing, invoicing, AR, collections, reporting.
• Build and optimize revenue systems and automation (HubiFi, Stripe, etc.).
• Prepare audit support and serve as Finance contact for auditors.
