Job summary

Limiting Factor Group (LFG) designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems and utility providers. The Revenue Accounting Analyst role accounts for customer contracts, billing and revenue, ensuring each contract is billed correctly and recorded under the proper accounting rules.

You will review contracts, prepare invoices, record revenue and related entries, reconcile receivables, and maintain contract records.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong spreadsheet and Microsoft Office skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience with the billing module of an ERP.
• CPA or progress toward it.

What you will do

• Prepare customer invoices, record revenue, deferred revenue and related journal entries
• Reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
• Maintain contract records, including rate increases and renewal dates
• Prepare revenue schedules and supporting documents for the audit

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of accounting experience
• Strong spreadsheet and Microsoft Office skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Experience with the billing module of an ERP
• CPA or progress toward it

Additional Requirements

• Willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
• This position is based in Menlo Park, CA, and requires being onsite full-time - hybrid and remote work will not be considered
• Must be willing to travel to other LFG locations

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range:
$100,000.00 - $140,000.00

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at LFG.
