Job summary

McNaughton-McKay Electric Co. is seeking a Returns Specialist to resolve questions about returned materials and manage related paperwork.

You will coordinate vendor returns from customer RMAs, process RGAs, and maintain open return and exchange reports, working with Inside/Outside Sales, Engineering, and CSRM teams. The role requires at least two years in a customer service setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handle return material questions and process related paperwork.
• Coordinate vendor returns from customer RMAs and negotiate non-standard RGA terms.
• Issue and track Returned Materials Forms, RGAs, repair POs, and debit memos.
• Interface with multiple departments, vendors, and customers to resolve returns and credits.
• Maintain open return/tracking reports and back up CSRM Processor as needed.
• Operate forklift and handle items up to 40 pounds; assist stocking and loading.
• Create and revise procedures and ensure safety compliance.
