Job summary

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a Returns Clerk in the Distribution department to coordinate daily returns in our fast-paced warehouse. The role reports to the Receiving Lead and requires accurate processing, timely updates to the Returns log, and clear communication with carriers and internal teams.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with overtime as needed. The pay rate is $20.35 per hour, and safety and professionalism are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Microsoft Outlook familiarity and SAP knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive material from carriers.
• Process and document inventory via Returns Authorization numbers.
• Maintain Returns log and relevant paperwork.
• Communicate with carrier partners, customer service, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Assist receiving lead and perform other tasks as assigned.
