Job summary

Workwear Outfitters, based in Nashville, Tennessee, seeks a Warehouse Returns Associate to receive, inspect, and document returned products and to sort them for processing. You will use Mojo/RDS software and coordinate with the warehouse team.

We value strong communication, basic math, and reliable computer skills; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. The role is on-site, first shift, with potential overtime and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous Distribution Center/Warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous Returns Processing experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills (AS400/Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and document information concerning returned product according to documented standards.
• Categorize returns and sort into proper sorting bins for later processing.
• Process returns through applicable computer software (Mojo/RDS).
• Coordinate and communicate return activities with the warehouse management team.
• May be asked to perform other basic warehouse duties as needed.
