Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Returns Processor to support the Returns Team with timely and accurate product returns, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will validate inventory against drivers' returns manifests, assist stores and customer service, research discrepancies, label and rewrap items, and communicate issues via email while maintaining safety and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years general warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk doors to validate inventory against driver returns manifests and ensure item disposition and tagging.
• Assist stores, customer service, and DRT team with questions.
• Research inventory discrepancies through returns.
• Label and rewrap items and push to end caps.
• Email regarding missing/damaged items, driver claims, or route issues.
• Operate AX and Dispatch Track Routing System and invoice orders in Transportation Manager.
• Adhere to employee handbook and safety protocols (OSHA).
• Maintain a clean warehouse floor and meet productivity standards.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
