Job summary

Amain.com,-Inc. is seeking a Product Returns Specialist to manage the RMA workflow, evaluate returns for resale, and coordinate with vendors for credits or replacements.

You will work with Customer Service, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate processing, timely credits, and efficient returns across multiple channels.

Strong communication, basic MS Office skills, and attention to detail are important for success in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to type at least 30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• RMA Processing: Evaluate, prepare, and process returns daily across channels, following policies and discount structures.
• Customer & Vendor Liaison: Respond to inquiries and coordinate with vendors for credits or replacements.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with Customer Service, Accounting, and Warehouse to ensure timely credits and proper inventory handling.
• Inventory & Warranty Management: Handle warranties and recalls, track issues, and return items to restock.
• Insights & Optimization: Monitor return trends and suggest process improvements to leadership.
• Order Fulfillment: Support same-day shipping goals and accurate packing.
