Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and experience with inventory systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and document all incoming returns, including inspection, categorization, and data entry into the inventory management system.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal departments regarding return status and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for handling, storage, and disposition of returned items.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies like incorrect items or damaged goods.
• Prepare paperwork for credits, exchanges, or restocking of returns.
