DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Returns Processor in the United States. The role operates on 2nd Shift (3pm-1:30am), Monday through Thursday. Pay is $17.95 per hour plus a $0.50 shift premium.

Responsibilities include opening, verifying, and processing returned merchandise, loading, unloading, and staging items in a warehouse environment. Qualified applicants typically have a High School Diploma or equivalent and can stand for long periods. Prior warehouse or forklift experience is preferred.

• Verify item packaging and prepare for scanning.
• Ensure accurate processing of freight using the scanning system.
• Identify items requiring special processing or separation.
• Ensure scanned freight reaches its destination.
• Stack and tape pallets safely.
• Observe safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Role Purpose

Opens and verifies returned merchandise, scans merchandise, and places freight in proper locations.

Key Accountabilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product. May require using powered equipment.
• Verify proper item is in the original packaging in preparation for scanning.
• Assure accurate and proper processing of all freight utilizing the scanning system.
• Identify items that require special processing or separation (e.g. hazardous material, store services, research, salvage).
• Ensure that scanned freight reaches the appropriate destination (e.g. slot, destroy, salvage).
• Stack and tape pallets in a safe manner.
• Observe all safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Material handling equipment certification, preferred
• Six months warehouse experience, preferred
• Six months forklift operation experience, preferred
