Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Miami is hiring a 1st shift Customer Service Representative to process orders, provide product and transit information, and act as a liaison to resolve issues. You will manage customer records, support order management, and contribute to fast-paced operations.

The role requires an HS diploma and up to 12 months experience; Excel, dispatching, and WMS familiarity are valued. This full-time position offers benefits including health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition

Qualifications

• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

• Provide product, service, and transit information and act as a liaison to resolve issues.
• Resolve product or service problems and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Prepare product or service reports and assist with order management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Position: 1st Shift Customer Service Representative
• Shift: 5:00am-1:30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Pay: $21.70 per hour.

Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are also eligible for productivity bonuses after probationary period.

Role Purpose

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
