Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Customer Service Rep to provide exceptional support, track shipments, and process orders. The role involves liaising with internal teams and customers to ensure satisfaction.

Shift is 2nd, 12pm-8:30pm, Monday through Friday, with paid benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, tracking shipments, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Position: Customer Service Rep

Shift: 2nd shift

Hours: 12pm-8:30pm

Days: Monday-Friday

Pay: $18.95 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns related to shipments, inventory, orders, and transportation services.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.
• Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer records and update information within warehouse management and transportation systems.
• Coordinate with operations, transportation, and inventory teams to address service issues and meet customer requirements.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and customer communications as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and timely communication.

Role Purpose:

Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.

Key Accountabilities:

• Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
