Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Returns Specialist to own the Pick-Up Request process end to end, interfacing with SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce. The role sits at the intersection of Sales, Logistics, and manufacturing operations, primarily from our Santa Clara HQ with expectations to work onsite in Newark as needed.

You will drive data accuracy across systems, resolve issues with carriers and vendors, and implement improvements that shorten cycles and improve inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in reverse logistics, order administration, or sales operations with ERP/CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple return workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong problem-solving instincts.
• Clear, professional communication across internal teams, carriers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pick-Up Request process end to end, keeping customer return requests moving accurately and on schedule.
• Keep return data in sync across SAP, NetSuite, and Salesforce so operations, reporting, and inventory are aligned.
• Resolve return issues—incorrect shipments, missing parts, customer questions—between logistics partners and internal teams.
• Turn return trend and root-cause data into concrete process improvements to cut cycle time and reduce errors.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across systems and ensure compliance with company policy and shipping regulations.
