Job summary

Everpure’s RRO Program Manager will lead the global reverse logistics network, optimizing the end-to-end lifecycle of returned products, refurbishment, repair, and remanufacturing.

You will collaborate with Customer Support, Quality, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and external 3PL partners to convert complex challenges into operational efficiency and strategic value, accelerating turnaround and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex reverse supply chain programs and RMA workflows.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements in returns processing and asset recovery.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to achieve business outcomes.
• Knowledge of global trade, environmental, and safety compliance for returned goods.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine returns routing, RMA workflows, and disposition decisions to reduce turnaround times.
• Own KPIs such as turnaround time, cost per return, and recovery yield with data-driven methods.
• Lead integrations for returns portals, WMS, and repair tracking tools for end-to-end traceability.
• Drive sustainability and regulatory compliance across reverse logistics operations.
