Job summary

ADVANTAGE MEDIA SERVICES LLC is seeking a Returns Supervisor in Provo, UT. The role oversees all returns inflow, coordinates with Client Services and Receiving, and ensures accurate processing and restocking of returned goods.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience and strong inventory/quality management skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in inventory control, return processing, and/or quality management within a warehouse.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all returns inbounds from clients and improve return practices to boost productivity and quality.
• Manage the client returns process and ensure timely turnaround of returns.
• Identify root causes of processing errors and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures across the returns department.
• Coordinate the returns schedule with Client Services and Receiving Manager.
• Supervise returns personnel to ensure SLA adherence.
• Assess employee performance and recommend promotions/merit adjustments.
• Audit return processes and orders to ensure SOP compliance.
