Formación

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, able to present to all levels.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee warehouse operations and drive productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Engage in strategic planning to align goals with business objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges for seamless workflow.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation to optimize logistics.
• Develop and enforce policies across departments to ensure compliance.
• Lead safety training and establish guidelines for a safe workplace.
• Coordinate schedules with the Operations Manager and streamline operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to client SLAs.
• Assess performance and recommend promotions based on evaluations.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
