• Manage inbound and outbound transportation to optimize logistics.

• Lead safety training and establish guidelines for a safe workplace.
• Coordinate schedules with the Operations Manager and streamline operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to client SLAs.
• Assess performance and recommend promotions based on evaluations.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
