Responsibilities

• Process returns and keep records for items outside the return policy.
• Process and organize returned-to-sender parcels.
• Produce shipping labels for outgoing packages.
• Provide feedback and help improve returns processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
