Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out established operations performance objectives focusing on safety, customer experience, productivity, quality and cost.
• Oversee procedures for designated areas including product movement and inventory accuracy.
• Plan hourly, daily and weekly staffing according to demand and service targets.
• Track KPIs and communicate progress to leadership.
• Assist with department budgets and cost control.
• Mentor, coach, and develop shifts; lead by example.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage risk escalation.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment and uphold security measures.
