Job summary

lululemon in Chicago is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house operations. You will lead shifts, supervise team performance, and ensure the floor and stockrooms are organized to deliver a world-class guest experience.

You'll collaborate with store leadership, participate in hiring, coach team members, and move dynamically on the floor as Supervisor on Duty to educate guests about technical products.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience in retail or related operations.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, stocking, or logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or coordinating others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Execute product actions such as pulls and repricing.
• Engage team members to create a productive shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to optimize availability.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver expert product education.
